Make Your Own Gluten Free Pizza with Rudi's Pizza Crusts [Review and Giveaway]

I had the chance to review some items by Rudi's, a very popular gluten-free brand that has some pretty good options out there for those of us who need a gluten-free diet.
I tried out some bread and gluten-free pizza crusts. So, I can't wait to tell you about that experience. But first, a bit about their company history. Rudi's Bakery opened for the first time in 1976 in Boulder, Colorado by Sheldon Romer. He named the bakery after a spiritual leader named Swami Rudrananda who brought the eastern culture and spiritual traditions to America. By 1981, Rudi's Bakery became certified Kosher and soon their products appeared on grocery store shelves. They were one of the first to participate in an organic food program in 1998. So you can tell that this bakery has made food production and quality be their priority and has had such a great impact on the food industry overall. I had the chance to try out their bread and their pizza crusts. Of the two, I really enjoyed - really REALLY - their pizza crusts. I did try their bread and it was pretty good. But I want to focus on their crusts because that stood out to me and I've been purchasing these crusts since then.

You get two in a pack and I made a total of three pizzas all at once on a standard cookie sheet. It's really easy to make a pizza on your own, by the way. I chose Classic Pizza Sauce, Mozzarella, and Pepperoni. I mean it's easy and it's cheaper than ordering it from delivery. I slathered on parmesan of course and voila!

You obviously have a fantastic, tasty pizza on your hands. I like the fact that the crust doesn't disappear, it stays really sturdy throughout cooking (and doesn't become a crusty little chip).

I am definitely going to buy (and have already bought) these again. And also, it's really filling. These four pizzas served to three adults (and we all have healthy appetites) and we were very satisfied.
