You are given a wide variety of design options although I highly recommend you create your own cover. It really comes together when you select the design you want because you can decide on the workout page you would like and where you are at in your workout level such as beginner or competitor. There are TONS of options to choose from and I love that part of these journals.

Again, I highly recommend you choose your own cover and personalize because it is the best part of creating these on your own. And if you aren't of the workout persuasion they also offer other journal options such as project planners.

I really like the prices of these journals - for a customized journal they are VERY reasonable at the price of $14.99. I think that's a great deal!
