New Sleep Album to Help All Those Troubled Sleepers Out There

Image
I'm blessed in that this is not an issue for me, but there are plenty of people out there who have trouble shutting down their brain and getting a good night's sleep. Does that sound familiar to you? The album is called "Sleep Better" created by sleep coach Tom Middleton. When played an hour before bed, this album helps the brain switch to off mode and prepare it for sleep. These soundscapes are designed  help the mind and body "decelerate through rhythmic entrainment and exposure to psychoacoustic ambient sounds, techniques which have been shown to reduce heart, respiratory rate and even lower blood pressure."  Tom Middleton, the sleep coach who created the album, intends for sleep to be something every can access. I tried this out with a smartphone (an LG phone) and then two different tablets and the Bluetooth connection was pe
